Thesis Defence (Munaqosah) Flow

1. ONLINE THESIS DEFENCE (MUNAQOSAH)

1. The student meets the administrative requirements for the thesis defence (munaqosah)
2. The student registers for the munaqosah in the SIA (academic information system)
3. The student joins the WhatsApp group (WAG) for munaqosah registration (https://bit.ly/PendaftaranMunaqosah)
4. The student waits for the munaqosah schedule from the study programme
5. The student creates a Zoom link

(Meeting account information removed. Contact the study programme admin.)

Notes:

The duration is set to 2 hours

The Zoom meeting is set without a password (participants can enter directly)

6. Share the Zoom link to the munaqosah WAG
7. Inform the supervising and examining lecturers one day beforehand about the munaqosah
8. Hold the munaqosah
9. Join the yudisium WAG (https://bit.ly/YudisiumPKIM)
10. Fill in the yudisium data (link) and upload the product (link) as well as the article draft, as requirements for collecting the official report and the approval

 

2. IN-PERSON THESIS DEFENCE (MUNAQOSAH)

1. The student meets the administrative requirements for the thesis defence (munaqosah)
2. The student submits the munaqosah administrative documents to the administrative office (TU)
3. The student registers for the munaqosah in the SIA (academic information system)
4. Mahasiswa mendaftar di WAG munaqosah registration (https://bit.ly/PendaftaranMunaqosah)
5. The student waits for the munaqosah schedule from the administrative office (TU)
6. Notify the supervising and examining lecturers of the time and venue of the munaqosah
7. Prepare the room for the munaqosah
8. Collect the munaqosah official report from the administrative office (TU)
9. Hold the munaqosah
10. Fill in the yudisium data (link) and upload the product (link) as well as the article draft, as requirements for collecting the official report and the approval
